Join All Lab and gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects in AI, language technology, and digital innovation. This structured fellowship is designed to help you build practical skills, collaborate with focused teams, and contribute meaningfully to impactful solutions. Fellows will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the 3-month program.

Fellowship Tracks

‍Language Fellows (Annotator Track)
Work on multilingual AI by contributing to data annotation, transcription, and language validation across African languages. This track plays a key role in improving translation and speech systems. Fellows will go through a structured onboarding process, including a practical language assessment.

‍Software Engineering (Cloud & AI)
Support the development of scalable systems, APIs, and AI models. This includes backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, and working with machine learning pipelines that power our products.

‍Design
Focus on creating intuitive and accessible user experiences. Fellows will contribute to UI/UX design, product flows, and visual systems that make our tools easy to use across diverse audiences.

‍Social Media
Manage and grow All Labs’ online presence. This includes content creation, storytelling, and engagement across platforms to communicate our work and impact effectively.

‍Sales
Support outreach to partners and clients. Fellows will help identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to strategies that drive adoption of our products.

‍Marketing
Work on campaigns, positioning, and growth strategies. This includes market research, messaging, and executing initiatives that increase awareness and user engagement.

‍Quality Assurance (QA)
Ensure product quality through testing and validation. Fellows will identify bugs, test features, and help maintain high standards across all products and releases.
