About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision, AI innovation, and engineering execution. The CTO will be responsible for defining and driving the company's technology strategy, overseeing software engineering, AI/ML development, data infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity while ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing products.

The ideal candidate is a visionary technology leader with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Product Development. They will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, establish technical best practices, and translate business objectives into innovative technology solutions.

What You'll Do

- Define and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and engineering roadmap.Lead the development of scalable software platforms, AI-powered products, and cloud infrastructure.
- Drive innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Speech Technologies.Oversee software architecture, engineering best practices, DevOps, MLOps, security, and infrastructure.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.
- Ensure the security, scalability, reliability, and performance of all technology platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive advantage.
- Establish engineering standards, technical governance, and software development best practices.
- Represent the company's technology vision with investors, partners, clients, and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master's or PhD is an advantage).
- 7-10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Technology Leadership.At least 5 years of experience leading engineering or technology teams.
- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and modern software engineering.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.Hands-on experience with system architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and scalable application development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into innovative technology solutions.
