Overview
Swarm Intelligence Hub is African Languages Lab's marketplace of language experts who evaluate and improve AI output in African languages. It connects AI teams with native-speaking reviewers on demand, so models are judged by people who actually speak the language, understand its culture and notice what automated metrics miss.
Automated scores alone cannot tell you whether a translation sounds natural in Twi, or whether a chatbot answer makes sense to a Hausa speaker. Swarm puts that judgement in the hands of experts and turns it into structured feedback that teams can act on.
Swarm is also where linguists, translators and native speakers join the Lab's expert network and apply for our fellowships, roles and programs.
